An independent network research operation. It announces its own IPv6 address space into the global routing table and uses it to run volunteer internet infrastructure and small-scale experiments in routing, naming, and privacy-preserving transport.

Non-commercial. Nothing here is for sale but free stuff is available. This site exists so that operators, abuse desks, and the curious can identify the network behind an address and reach the people responsible for it.
